Guild Overview
Fury Untold was founded to give raiders that cannot commit to 4 nights a week, a place to be accepted and have the same chance to see all the content as more hardcore guilds. This does not mean we are not serious about progression. We will actively be recruiting to ensure that the best players are present in our raids.
Recruitment Process
all applications are taken via our MyGameMug page.
Please make sure you're able to attend as many raids as possible, as this is the only factor we have to judge you by. If we don't see you when you're APPLYING to the guild, why should we keep you around?
Guild Ranks
- Guild Master - /flex
- Officer - Responsible for various day to day duties and organizing events when the guild sees fit.
- Pro - Knowledge base and performance monitors.
- Member - The core of our guild. These are the people that wish to raid in our guild and have proven themselves able.
- Friends and Fam - Non-raiding friends and family members.
- Initiate - New members seeking full membership.
- Alt - Non-main characters.
Advancement - Initiates are promoted after they have proven themselves reliable, and competent. Friends and Fam wanting to move into a raiding rank will need to speak with Koriel.
Raid Invites
We use the in game calendar for our raiding schedule. However, these sign ups do not mean you have a raid spot waiting. The events are simply to let us know who will be able to come.
Raid invites will be given out based on many standards. The best way to ensure a raid invite is to be online and be ready for raids, coming prepared (and if you don't know what that means, God help you), and excelling at your class/spec. Alts will be invited to raids on the same basis that mains are. Performance, class knowledge, gearing choices, and attendance are all taken into account regarding invite priority.
Raid Schedule
Our current schedule is as follows: (all times CST)
| Monday: | 8:30-11:30 |
| Tuesday: | Off |
| Wednesday: | 8:30-11:30 |
| Thursday: | 8:30-11:30 |
| Friday: | Off |
| Saturday: | Off |
| Sunday: | Off |
Occasionally we will run on different days/times to fit the guild's schedule a little better, but this is the general plan for the week. Note that if we have 2 concurrent groups running, one may continue one day while the other might not.
Looting Policy
We use EPGP to distribute loot. For more reading check out its official page or our Full Looting Policy.
Requirements for Raiding
Required addons:
DBM - Boss warnings and all sorts of handy info for raiding
Omen - Threat meter
EPGP - View standings in the guild
EPGP Lootmaster - Interface to expedite loot distribution, should be installed by everyone (not just the masterlooter, as the name tends to imply)
Keep your addons up to date easily with the Curse Client. Its awesome!
Dispute Resolution
For any issues you may have with another player, or a guild policy, I urge you to bring it up with me personally (I won't hold your opinion against you).
